UV Spot Curing Systems
UV spot curing systems are a cornerstone in Honle’s Bluepoint product line. These spot lamps deliver maximum doses of UV intensity in small diameter footprints, making them the perfect solution to cure small deposits of UV adhesives in the shortest time.
Panacol-USA offers broad spectrum UV spot curing units (320-460nm) as well as monochromatic LED spot curing system producing wavelengths of 365, 385 or 405nm. Features include intensity multi-cycle programmability, output control and RS232 interface for external programming and operation. As LEDs do not emit IR energy, curing occurs at cooler temperatures. This makes LED equipment ideally suited for use with temperature sensitive substrates.
