Glass Bevel Bonding

Glass bevel bonding adhesives cure (harden) with low intensity UV/Visible light, making bevel assembly an incredibly fast process. LED cure bevel bonding adhesives fully cure in fractions of a second under low intensity UV/visible or Visible light. They are ideal for use with LED light curing equipment.

Glass bevels are used in decorative glass assembly to create a prismatic effect in windows, doors, and lighting. The bevel itself is thick glass, with edges that have been ground and polished to form obtuse angles to refract light. The bevels are typically attached to flat glass or leaded glass panels with adhesive. As the assembled glass can be used in exterior windows, doors, etc., the adhesive must be able to survive harsh environments for an incredibly long duration.
